Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details.

Almost all of our deliveries are sent via Australia Post and can be delivered to your home, a PO Box or business address.

Refund & Returns Policy

Australia Post is very good and we have experienced very few problems, but accidents do occur from time to time. If your order is incomplete or damaged then please contact us and provide full details of the problem. We will replace any damaged or lost items where possible or provide a refund.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will either give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the product, or replace it with something else. 

 

Please email us at sales@tournamentplayersgolf.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we can come to some other arrangement.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been inappropriately stored or damaged after delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Tournament Players Golf will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
